Mr. Hall has been performing computer security work for over 15 years and has been providing security consulting services for organizations along the Colorado Front Range full-time since 1999.  Mr. Hall has worked with various firewall products since 1997.  As the founder of Shadow Peak Inc. his consulting expertise includes advanced Firewall and VPN implementations, firewall clustering, penetration testing, security incident analysis, recovery of compromised systems, and security architecture design.  Mr. Hall holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Colorado State University and has been teaching Check Point firewall classes continuously since 2003 and Palo Alto firewall classes since 2011.

Mr. Hall is also officially credited as a contributor to the R60, R65, R70, & R70/R71 editions of the Check Point courseware.
